Remote Learning

At Denmark Primary, we pride ourselves on putting student learning and well-being at the heart of our work.  This will still be true if we have to pivot to remote learning in the event of a COVID lockdown.

Connect will be our main platform to communicate with parents and students.  You will find your child’s learning program on Connect.  Click here to access a step by step Parent Guide to Connect.

Some of your child’s activities may require them to use Microsoft 365 programs like Word.  Parents can help students download Microsoft 365 for free.  Click here for instructions.

Your child’s teacher may invite your child to join a video meeting using Webex.  Click here for a guide to installing Webex, the Department of Education’s safe video conferencing software, and instructions for joining a video meeting.

Whilst our students are learning remotely, we expect that they will meet our Positive Behaviour Support whole school expectations.  Click here for a list of the expectations we share.
